A 45-year-old loner with a mysterious past decides to escape his small-town hardships after being lured by the charms of a fearless group of young influencers on their way to LA. Finally finding a place he can fit in, Ernie immerses himself into a digital world of hedonism, self-exploration, first love, and the devastating realisation that coming of age too-late, is never what nature or society intended.
